What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently only offer door to door delivery via our Courier partner.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Deliveries are estimated at 72 hours* (3 working days), depending on the destination. Delivery to regional or remote areas may take an additional 24 – 48 hours.

*Weekends are excluded.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at this stage.

Orders and Returns

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once your order is logged and being processed you can adjust or cancel an order within 24 hour. If the order is already in transit a delivery fee of R320 will be charged. To log a cancellation or adjustment please send a request via e-mail to info@wineathome.co.za and our team will promptly respond to your request.

How Can I Return a Product?

We aim to please! If you are not happy with your purchase we will do a full refund on return of the item. Return and refunds have no cost to the customer but only refundable when the item is defective or has a production flaw.

To log a return you need to send our administrative team an e-mail at info@wineathome.co.za, stating your query with quantities that needs to be uplifted. A credit will be logged and collection arranged with Aramax within 3 working days. Upon recite and investigation of the item the credit will be past and fully refunded.
