D’Aria Cabernet/Merlot. Complex blend featuring two of the classic Bordeaux varieties. The nose and palate are full of pure, rich, dark red fruit. A well-balanced, elegant wine that nevertheless has a firm structure, allowing for a few years further bottle maturation.
D’Aria Blush. A blend of two varieties considered the classics of the Durbanville wine ward, with fresh, crisp Sauvignon Blanc flavors combining with Merlot’s red berry fruits. Made in a just off-dry style, the wine appears dry and promises broad appeal.
D’Aria Sauvignon Blanc. A fresh, tropical style of Sauvignon Blanc with hints of guava, melon, asparagus and gooseberry aromas and flavors. An accessible wine with good mouth feel and a lingering finish.
D’Aria Songbird Sauvignon Blanc. A complex Sauvignon Blanc, combining aromas and flavors of green pepper, asparagus and gooseberries with tropical fruit and hints of grapefruit on the finish. The palate is full, yet elegant.
Jakkalsvlei Red Muscadel. A full-bodied dessert wine. deep ruby in colour, rich, yet gentle. A floral bouquet comes through on the nose, with typical raising sweetness and an intense flavour that lingers on the palate and follows through on the aftertaste.
