The blend is made with 60% Shiraz (unwooded) and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon (slightly wooded). Inviting blackberry aromas with hints of spice and smokiness carry through to a well structured medium bodied palate.
The blend is made from 97% Sauvignon Blanc and 3% Semillon grape.
Ripe guava and tropical fruit present a fresh crisp nose. The tropical fruit carries through to the palate, where it is joined by a medley of green figs and kiwis.
This oak-matured Viognier is a voluptuous wine with lovely nutty and light buttery flavours well balanced by a floral perfume on the nose. The style is rich and ripe and well-structured to result in an elegant wine, ideally suited to complement suave dinners. Made from hand selected berries, the wine was matured in first fill 500 liter French barrels for almost a year. This is a style of white wine that will age beautifully and is the perfect partner to pork, duck, curries and bowls of creamy risotto.
Made from 100% Touriga Nacional in the traditional Portugese method. Rich, intense black and structured, ripe cherry tobacco with prunes, dark chocolate and coffee. Firm tannin structure and balanced sweetness.
Made from 100% Muscat de Frontignan (Red Muscadel) grown on the sun drenched northern slopes on Karusa. A deep rich red copper colour, flavours of Turkish delight, raisins, rose petal and red berries ~ sweet and seductive. Enjoy over crushed ice with a slice of lemon. Matured in old French oak barrels.
