A clean cut wine with a limey minerality. Erupting green fig and cut grass notes topped with tropical fruit flavour integration. A soft palate with a flinty crisp and fresh white fruit palate. This single vineyard is planted on a direct South facing 11 degree slope at 550m altitude on Karusa, hence the name “Southern Slope”.
This crisp and fruity Sauvignon Blanc has bona fide aromas of tropical fruit including guava, melon and slight undertones of gooseberry. With a crisp and fresh finish, abundant tropical fruit flavours – this wine is a true “wine for any occasion”!
This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is full-bodied with a typical grassy & green pea character. Fresh, herbaceous tones are balanced with apple and green fig on the palate to ensure an elegant, lingering finish.
Attractive pale straw colour. The wine is light and fruity with aromas of grenadilla and asparagus. The palate is nicely balanced with a full body with a fresh zingy finish. Great for seafood or as an aperitif.
