Music by D’Aria Shiraz/Cab/Merlot. This blend is designed to be an accessible, easy-drinking red for everyday enjoyment. The wine is characterized by juicy, red fruit and just a hint of gentle tannins and vanilla from the wood treatment.
D’Aria Cabernet/Merlot. Complex blend featuring two of the classic Bordeaux varieties. The nose and palate are full of pure, rich, dark red fruit. A well-balanced, elegant wine that nevertheless has a firm structure, allowing for a few years further bottle maturation.
Boplaas Touriga Nacional. This accessible, medium bodied Touriga Nacional showcases the varietals heady aromatics with ripe black plum, kirsch, vibrant five spice, fynbos & notes of coco nib on the palate. The tannins are firm, but yielding offering years of enjoyment ahead.
Stellenrust Old Bushvine Cinsaut. This wine offers enchanting strawberry, red cherry and vibrant earthy notes on the nose. These flavours carry forward to a silky palate with ripe fruit and subtle cedar oak.
Stellenrust Cabernet Franc. The nose shows ripe blue berries, cherries and some tobacco. These flavours carry forward to a palate filled with cedar tobacco spice, herbs and sweet and sour berries with a refreshing acidity.
Stellenrust Premium Range Simplicity. The nose shows spicy mocha flavours and some vanilla notes derived from the American oak. The palate is rich, filled with ripe fruit, pepper and hints of violets, cassis and dark chocolate; smoothed with subtle Merlot flavours and vanilla oak. And the name Simplicity?: well, many great things are born from keeping it simple.
Kleine Rust Red. Ripe raspberries and some pepper spice on the nose. The palate is soft, sumptuous, juicy and round with elegant tannins and lots of berry fruit. This wine will compliment food such as a Rack of lamb with a mint dressing or even a thickly cut fillet of beef.
The blend is made with 60% Shiraz (unwooded) and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon (slightly wooded). Inviting blackberry aromas with hints of spice and smokiness carry through to a well structured medium bodied palate.
