What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently only offer door to door delivery via our Courier partner.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Deliveries are estimated at 72 hours* (3 working days), depending on the destination. Delivery to regional or remote areas may take an additional 24 – 48 hours.

*Weekends are excluded.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at this stage.

Orders and Returns

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once your order is logged and being processed you can adjust or cancel an order within 24 hour. Cancellation after 24 hour whilst order is in transit will have a delivery charge if cancelled. Adjustment of any order after 24 hours (within 24 hours has no additional charge) of original order will have an additional delivery fee of R90 on purchases below R600 or free delivery above R600 purchases and will be dispatched separately. To log a cancellation or adjustment please send an request via e-mail to info@wineathome.co.za and our team will promptly respond to your request.

How Can I Return a Product?

We aim to please! If you are not happy with your purchase we will do a full refund on return of the item. Return and refunds have no cost to the customer but only refundable when the item is defective or has a production flaw.

To log a return you need to send our administrative team an e-mail at info@wineathome.co.za, stating your query with quantities that needs to be uplifted. A credit will be logged and collection arranged with Aramax within 3 working days. Upon recite and investigation of the item the credit will be past and fully refunded.
